At Ridstar, our journey with you doesn’t end when you receive your e-bike—we’re here to support every mile you ride. If you’re not fully satisfied, this policy makes returns and refunds clear and hassle-free.


🗓️ Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the day after receiving your product.

Eligibility requirements:

  • ✅ Item must be in brand-new, unused condition

  • ✅ Returned in the original packaging

  • ✅ Provide photo or video proof of condition

  • 🚫 Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for returns


🛠️ Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • All Ridstar e-bikes include a 2-year warranty from the delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and functional issues.

  • Our support team will guide you through warranty claims quickly and professionally.


📦 Return Scenarios

1️⃣ Quality Issues (Defects or Shipping Damage)

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos

  • We provide a full refund, including return shipping costs

  • Missing small parts? We’ll send replacements at no extra cost

2️⃣ Non-Quality Returns (Personal Reasons)
Examples: changed mind, ordered wrong size/model, insufficient installation space, or no longer needed.

  • 🧾 20% restocking fee applies

  • 🚚 Original shipping is deducted

  • 📦 Return shipping is paid by customer

Example calculation:
$1800 order − $360 restocking fee − $540 original shipping − $300 return shipping → Refund = $600

3️⃣ Custom Products

  • Custom e-bikes cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.

  • We’ll confirm specifications by email or video before shipping.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are not available.

  • Please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.


📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email Support@ridstarsport.com with your order number, product SKU, detailed issue, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement

  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Ship via a trackable, insured courier and provide tracking details, photos, and the shipping receipt


💵 Refunds

  • Processed within 10 business days after inspection

  • Funds returned to the original payment method

  • Banks may take an additional 7–10 business days to post funds
    ⚠️ Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may be ineligible for a refund


Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours: Free cancellation

  • Before shipment: 10% cancellation fee

  • After shipment / in transit: 20% restocking or recall fee

  • Orders with tracking cannot be canceled

  • Custom orders: Non-cancellable once production begins
